Kenneth Spencer has been litigating in Los Angeles County for over 30 years in a myriad of practice areas including real estate, employment, banking, business disputes, and catastrophic personal injury. He has tried or arbitrated over 50 cases with successful results. Kenneth has represented a vast array of individuals and entities including military supply companies, aircraft parts manufacturers, restaurants, property owners, musicians, athletes, and insurance companies. He represents plaintiffs and defendants depending on the case. Mr. Spencer approaches each case like a chess match: evaluate the board carefully before making a move and never lose sight of the result the client is seeking.
Prior to joining Gavrilov & Brooks, Mr. Spencer earned his stripes at multiple large law firms in Los Angeles and then served as an in-house counsel for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company handling complex business and insurance-related matters throughout the state of California.
Professor Spencer remains a Lecturer-in-Law at the USC Gould School of Law teaching Pretrial Advocacy, and is the designer and patent holder (US Patent No. US9189971B2) of “The Jury Case”, a jury selection product used throughout the country since 2014. He loves the practice of law and considers it an honor to be an attorney.
In his personal life, Kenneth enjoys fine food, playing golf, watching documentaries, and rooting for the Pittsburgh Steelers. He is a sports enthusiast and fitness zealot and is the proud father of three children.
